New Year’s Menu

Drogheria Franci’s menu changes frequently and is inspired by the products our land provides, from the woods near Montalcino to our seas. The idea is to present dishes with preparations and recipes that enhance the best raw ingredients, while looking to the future without forgetting tradition and their origins.

The kitchen of the Drogheria offers Tuscan specialties revisited with skill and an interesting choice of innovative dishes combined with a wide variety of wines capable of satisfying every palate.
