Two days of truffle hunting, with wine tasting and dinner.

Day 1: Friday, 12 November 2021 (15:30) Tastings from the barrels and tour with white truffle canapé at the Cantina Tassi. (19:00) Aperitif at Drogheria Franci. (20:00) Brunello and white truffle dinner at La Drogheria Franci. Two Brunello producers, three different vintages. Producers will walk and intimately discuss their wines at each table. Three-course dinner with white truffle.

Day 2: Sabato, 13 November 2021 (10:30) Truffle hunting in the Crete Senesi with white truffle lunch and wine from the Orcia DOC & Brunello. (17:00) Blind tasting of Brunello di Montalcino (12 different producers) led by a sommelier inside the Fortezza. (19:00) Aperitif at La Fortezza followed then (20:00) white truffle gala dinner. Wine paired with large-format aged Brunello.
